Thomas Böker is Operations Manager at ALLEGRO Consulting. Since 2013, he has been searching for and identifying specialists and managers mainly in the areas of sales and technology for clients in Germany. He is tasked with setting up and managing the project team in Germany.
Thomas’ #1 objective is guaranteeing client satisfaction by means of swift, successful and sustainable project implementation. Prior to joining Allegro Consulting, Thomas enjoyed success as a self-employed salesman of vacancy ads in specialist magazines. He subsequently moved on to business and personnel consulting before ultimately joining Allegro Consulting.

Franziska Baumstark is a project manager at ALLEGRO Consulting. Her tasks encompass end-to-end project support – from structured search processes via well-prepared interviews to the recruitment of ideal candidates.
Franziska has been in recruiting since completing her Master’s degree in history. She particularly works together with companies in the mail order, automotive, engineering and life science sectors. Before this, she spent several years working for the Kingdom of Bavaria and in the area of research into national socialism.
Due to her background in the humanities, Franziska attaches particular important to candidates’ personal fit – matching professional expertise and the client’s corporate culture.

Lukas Huber is Managing Director at ALLEGRO Consulting. He supports national and international clients in the search and selection of experts. His focus is on the areas of manufacturing and IT.
Lukas looks back on several years of well-founded experience in strategy and personnel consulting, advising both global corporations and SMEs. He successfully studied business administration (M.Sc.) at the LMU and, thanks to his focus on technology and innovation and his professional experience, knows how to combine both technological and business aspects. Magdalena Scheugenpflug joined Allegro Consulting as a Research Consultant in March 2021. She supports the search of sales and service-oriented functions in the technology and IT sectors for larger medium-sized companies, corporations and family-run organizations.
Already as a Research Associate, Magdalena gained profound experience in Executive Search in the technology sector and in the mechanical engineering and chemical industries. After graduating with a degree in Pedagogy, she joined Allegro Consulting as a Research Consultant. In addition to detailed research, Magdalena attaches great importance to a positive candidate journey.

Gerlinde Holliber works as a research consultant at ALLEGRO Consulting. Gerlinde establishes a perfect match between our clients’ management tasks and the expertise of the managers in our network to form the basis for swiftly and accurately identifying exactly the right manager for our clients.
Since graduating in educational science and psychology, as well as gaining a diploma in human resource management and business administration, Gerlinde has gained more than 20 years of experience in consulting and service provision, working among others as a research consultant with a focus on family and owner-operated companies as well as a project assistant and coordinator.
